Terms & Conditions Site Registration


The Site is aimed exclusively at Users who are at least 18 years of age. Browsing and using the services offered within the Site are made accessible following the registration procedure. Registration is free. Users who register on the Site will have to provide some personal data and follow all the steps in the procedure. At the time of complete registration, the User will be asked to choose a Username and Password, which the user undertakes not to transfer, even temporarily, to third parties and to keep with due care, diligence and secrecy under his own responsibility, establishing these credentials the only means to identify the User and to validate his access to the offers.

Full Registration is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products and to access summary information relating to the activities carried out by the User on the site (also "Account").

 

Voucher validity

The validity of the vouchers offered may be subject to quantitative or seasonal limitations (they may not be available in certain periods). The validity date is shown on the voucher itself in such a way as to allow the User to become aware of it. We recommend that you proceed in advance with a request for details and reservation directly from the seller so as to avoid any misunderstandings in using the Voucher.

Refunds The Beneficiary must use the services included in the Gift Voucher no later than the expiry date indicated on the gift voucher (valid for 12 months starting from the purchase date shown on the Gift Voucher itself, unless otherwise indicated). After this deadline, the Gift Voucher will no longer be usable. The Seller will not refund the total amount due if the Voucher is not used by the expected expiry date.

 

Seller Responsibilities

The Seller cannot be held liable towards the Buyer, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, for disservices or malfunctions connected to the use of the Internet outside of its control. The Seller assumes no responsibility in the event of any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, when paying for the products purchased. All products offered through the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the articles. 128-135 of the Consumer Code (so-called “Legal Guarantee”).


Purchase and payment methods


Having taken note of the conditions of the offer, the User can complete the purchase by following the procedure indicated on the Site. Once the purchase has been completed, the User must proceed with the payment, which will be made to the seller through the Payment Methods listed in the payment section.

When placing an order through the web page, confirming that they have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale, the User declares that they have read exactly the above clauses and conditions, and in particular the conditions.
